We are more than just an Aveda concept salon; we are a boutique offering a range of beauty retail, clothing, and accessories to enhance your style and well-being.
Our team is excited to offer a wide array of services, including spray tanning, Aveda scalp massages, scalp facials, hair cutting, and color techniques. We carry an array of Aveda products and utilize their color line, where we can customize your hair color. We are committed to understanding and fulfilling each client’s unique needs, ensuring you leave our salon feeling refreshed and pampered.
Athena
Hi, I’m Athena, and I’m the proud owner of Salon at the Silk. My passion for the beauty industry began at an early age, growing up surrounded by cosmetologists who inspired me to pursue this dynamic field. In 2005, I took the leap and enrolled in beauty school on Long Island, New York, and my career in beauty was born.
I had the privilege of working in a prestigious luxury salon and spa in New York, where I refined my craft and advanced my education with leading industry brands such as Aveda, Goldwell, and L’Oréal. Although I explored other professional avenues along the way, my heart has always been anchored in beauty.
In addition to my salon expertise, I am certified in custom spray tanning, specializing in PETA-friendly, plant-based products. While Salon at the Silk has been part of my journey since 2016, it was in 2021 that I had the opportunity to make the salon truly my own, and I’m so grateful for that decision.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me working as a realtor in the Lehigh Valley. Whether I’m helping clients find their dream homes or showing rental properties, I enjoy combining my passion for design and real estate. I also offer interior design services, helping clients create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Anette Marie
Nice to meet ya! I’m Annette Marie, a Sapphire stylist with Salon at the silk. I’m just a Jersey girl thriving in a PA world! When I was younger I was the go-to girl in the school locker rooms getting everyone ready for homecoming, prom, you name it. Growing up I always knew I wanted to make people feel good and loved doing hair. So when the time came, I left my 9-5 medical office job and enrolled in cosmetology school. I may have started later on in the industry but the passion I have for doing this is unmatched.
While I’m hair obsessed, I’m also family obsessed! 2023 was a huge year of transformation for me as my husband and I welcomed our son earthside. He was in such a hurry that he came two months early! Along with his arrival, we planted our roots and created a home. So when I’m not behind the chair, you can find me at home basking in the love of my little family.
I am so incredibly excited to start my journey with all the new and familiar faces in this new space with the girls at Salon at the Silk. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!

Lexi has 3 years of experience in the hair industry, Lexi has perfected the art of Blonding and Lived-in Blonding techniques, creating effortlessly beautiful, sun-kissed looks. Her passion for hair goes beyond the chair—she’s always learning and growing through continued education to master her craft. Angelic
Hi, I’m Angelic! I’m a creative soul with a true passion for hairstyling, and I love bringing beauty and confidence to every client who sits in my chair. I’ve been a licensed stylist for over two years, and I’m proud to be growing my career as a Junior Stylist.
I specialize in weddings, special-event styling, and updos—there’s nothing I enjoy more than being part of your big moments and helping you feel your absolute best.
Creativity is at the heart of everything I do. When I’m not in the salon, you can find me designing and crafting custom banners for events. Whether it’s hair or handmade décor, bringing ideas to life is what makes me happiest.

Daniella
Hi, I’m Daniella! I’m a Junior Stylist currently accepting new clients, and I’m passionate about creating effortless, beautiful looks that make people feel confident. I specialize in lived-in blondes and rich, dimensional brunettes, and I pour that same artistry into my bridal work.
Wedding styling is one of my greatest passions. I specialize in both bridal hair and makeup, offering customized, timeless looks that enhance your natural beauty and photograph beautifully. I also travel for on-site wedding services, making it easy for brides and their parties to relax and enjoy their day while I bring the glam directly to them.
When I’m not behind the chair or on location for weddings, you can find me traveling, spending time with my family, and enjoying moments with my friends. Being surrounded by the people I love inspires my creativity and keeps me grounded.

The place to go for your spray tan!! If you have an upcoming event, wedding, baby shower, birthday party, go get your spray tan with Athena! She is amazing and the color you get leaves you feeling amazing! I used her for my wedding and was constantly getting compliments on my tan! 10/10 would recommend.
I went to work on Tuesday and all my coworkers told me how I was glowing and looked sun-kissed. Someone even asked if I had gone away on vacation! I highly recommend checking this salon out for a spray tan or for the stylists. The salon is super cute and chic!
The lovely Casi gave me a fresh fade and touched up my blue curls to give me a look I absolutely love. Top that off with her kind, funny, and warm demeanor & you couldn’t ask for a better salon experience. Wish I could give 10 stars!
