Our Cancellation Policy
At Salon at the Silk, we do require a credit card be held on file to secure your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hr notice.
Our Policy is as follows: Any cancellation, or reschedule made less than 48hrs in advance will result in a 50% of service price as a cancellation fee. Any clients who are considered “No Show” on the day of their scheduled appointment, will be charged at 100% of the time and cost of services booked.

Spray Tanning Prep Tips
We offer a on & off location custom spray tanning, we ask that before your tanning experience, please exfoliate your skin prior to your session.
- To avoid uneven or blotchy areas of tan, start exfoliating and hydrating your skin 2-3 days before your spray session. Drink plenty of water!
- All beauty appointments like Pedicures, nails, hair, massages etc. should be done at least 24hrs before your spray session.
- Wear lose fitting clothing (Dark & Cotton). Avoid and refrain from wearing skin-tight clothing, and best to avoid close toed shoes.
- Be sure to remove perfumes, deodorants and lotions before your session.
- Avoid using oil based products the day of tanning session, these oils could act as a barrier to DHA and cause a uneven tone and lessen the longevity of a spray tan.

The place to go for your spray tan!! If you have an upcoming event, wedding, baby shower, birthday party, go get your spray tan with Athena! She is amazing and the color you get leaves you feeling amazing! I used her for my wedding and was constantly getting compliments on my tan! 10/10 would recommend.

Cancellation Policy
By choosing to make an appointment you are electively requesting time for services, last minute cancellations affects our stylists negatively. Our time is Valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.
We understand life happens, but if you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, you will be required to keep a credit card on file for all future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a loyal guest!
